The ZXP3 series gauge pressure sensor uses MEMS piezo resistive core and high performance signal conditioning circuit. The signal conditioning chip can compensate for the temperature linearity, zero bias and sensitivity of the MEMS piezo resistive core, and the signal conditioning circuit contains a 24-bit Σ - Δ ADC, which ensures the output of the digital pressure signal with high precision.
The sensor packages the MEMS piezo resistive core and special signal conditioning circuit in the single nozzle structure casing, reducing the environmental impact on the output. The table patch package complies with the industry JEDEC standard and is more suitable for patch installation on the printed circuit board.
