The core of ZXP8 series ultra-low differential gas pressure sensor is MEMS pressure resistance core and high performance signal conditioning circuit. The signal conditioning chip can digitally compensate the temperature linearity, zero bias and sensitivity of the MEMS pressure core, and the signal conditioning circuit contains a 24-bit Σ - Δ ADC, ensuring the output of the high precision pressure signals.
The product packages the MEMS piezoresistive core and special signal conditioning circuit in the dual-nozzle structure, reducing the impact of the environment on the output, using the industry JEDEC standard SOIC-16 table package, which is more suitable for patch installation on the printed circuit boards.
