Job Description:
Cooperate with the company's strategic direction, participate in the planning of chip research and development and MEMS process technology route;
Participate in the whole process management of chip research and development, focus on promoting departmental project management;
Continuously improve the efficiency of R&D results transformation;
Responsible for the structural design and performance improvement of the chip and promote the work with external partners;
Responsible for MEMS process review and production introduction;
Responsible for chip design and MEMS process team construction and management, training core technical team and competitiveness;
Provide technical guidance and support to product team, marketing team, etc.
We need you to:
Master degree or above, major in semiconductor, microelectronics, mechanics, electronics or related;
More than 10 years of chip design, MEMS process research and development experience;
Working experience with team to complete chip R&D project is preferred.
Work location: Xinzhongguan Building, Haidian District, Beijing
