Job Description:
Participate in the formulation of product development strategy;
Participate in new product research, project establishment, development tasks and development plan determination;
Guide the design and development of new products, and deliver the development results to the company according to the plan;
Responsible for technical research of new products;
Guide the introduction and trial of new products to mass production, responsible for the formulation of relevant technical standards, test plans, development of testing technology and tooling and related hardware and software;
Guide the company's product quality problem analysis and research, improve product reliability, improve customer satisfaction.
We need you to:
Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, computer, microelectronics, mechatronics or related;
More than 5 years of pressure sensor product development experience, more than 3 years of project management experience is preferred;
Ability to independently lead a team to carry out product development projects is preferred.
Work place: Tianjin
