Job Description:
Prepare spare parts plan and spare parts list for equipment and machinery;
Make site equipment maintenance plan and maintenance content;
Complete the planned maintenance and maintenance of the mechanical aspects (hardware) of the site equipment according to the plan;
Responsible for the statistical analysis of equipment good rate, equipment shutdown rate, equipment failure analysis, etc.
Carry out the technical analysis of equipment failure, make the relevant maintenance plan and follow up and implement;
Master PLC programming, familiar with AutoCAD, able to read electronic circuit schematic, familiar with mechanical equipment safety operation procedures, familiar with mechanical structure, hydraulic principle and equipment control principle;
Can comply with ISO9001/IATF16949 system requirements, improve equipment maintenance related system documents and records.
We need you to:
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronics is preferred, at least 5 years working experience in similar position;
Proficient in business software and hardware, with equipment hardware and software exception processing ability;
Proficient in drawing software such as AutoCAD and daily office software.
