Residual pressure monitoring system is a systematic device to adjust the residual pressure value of fire front room or stairwell in the positive pressure air supply system of high-rise buildings.
With the implementation of the new smoke control and exhaust regulations on August 1, 2018 (" Technical Standard for Smoke Control and Exhaust Systems for Buildings "GB51251-2017), almost all project drawings will design residual pressure monitoring systems at present. According to the standard, high-rise buildings using mechanical pressure air supply system should meet the following requirements: the pressure difference between the front room, the closed refuge floor (room) and the walkway should be 25Pa~30Pa; The pressure difference between the stairwell and the walkway is 40Pa~50Pa. Pressure relief measures should be taken when the residual pressure exceeds the maximum allowable pressure difference.
